THE TIME HAS COME

We have a momentous opportunity - long awaited and long delayed,

"To restore stability to our planet … its biodiversity, the very thing we have removed. It is the only way out of this crisis that we ourselves have created. We must rewild the world!"
(Sir David Attenborough)

OUR VISION

Guardian Angel Wildlife and Marine Trust (GAWMTrust) is a non-profit organization wholly dedicated to the conservation, protection and regeneration of wildlife in Sub-Saharan Africa. Our endeavors extend to the marine ecosystems in and around the surrounding territorial waters. We recognize the critical importance of preserving and restoring the natural habitats and precarious ecosystems that sustain both wildlife and human communities.

OUR MISSION

We believe that a proactive, prevention-driven strategy is critical to address the senseless and irretrievable loss of our wildlife and marine creatures. Our planet's biodiversity is under threat, and the primary drivers of this looming catastrophe are those who depend on it the most: human beings.

We are committed to the deceleration of the irreversible decline of our biodiverse natural environments. One of the greatest challenges of our generation is to stop the disappearance and decline of the huge variety of living beings dependent on viable habitats.

We aim to foster a deeper appreciation and understanding of the intricate connections between humans and the natural world. By educating people about the precarious balance in wildlife and marine environments, we are not only safeguarding biodiversity - we are ensuring a healthier planet for future generations.

By securing the aid of significant partners in our mission, we can surge forward in our efforts to protect and preserve the rich diversity of life on our planet. Together, we can make a positive impact and secure a sustainable future for all species.

Community Engagement and Education.

We work closely with local communities to raise their sensitivity to, and awareness of, the importance of wildlife and marine conservation. We create, implement and support educational initiatives, outreach programs, and community-based conservation projects.

Preventative and Consequence Strategies

The Guardian Angel Wildlife and Marine Trust is intent on implementing a high-impact Prevention Strategy to curtail animal poaching and wildlife trafficking syndicates. This strategy will be reinforced by implementing a Consequence or Illegal Action Strategy to further deter poachers and traffickers. By working closely with law enforcement organisations and using our "Eye in the Sky technology", we will ensure that perpetrators are held accountable for their illegal actions, and will face serious consequences.

Your donation would be greatly appreciated. The Guardian Angel Wildlife and Marine Trust, as custodians, will strictly adhere to our corporate ethos of transparency, credibility, integrity, passion and dedication to wildlife and marine conservation.
